Frontier Road has been re-opened and access to NJ1 is again available. We are remaining on generator power at this time while we await further updates from PSE&G.

Our Seattle datacenter (WA1) provider is experiencing issues with their upstream core switching equipment. This may cause some temporary routing issues. We are working with the provider on resolution and will provide more information when it is available. Thank you for your patience.

At approximately 5:30am, we started experiencing look up failures on *.nyi.net. domains.   The issue has been addressed and everything is functioning normally at this time.

The ISP Virgin Media in the UK is experiencing internal routing and DNS issues that prevent access to many other Internet providers globally, including NYI. Starting at 9:00 AM EST on Monday, October 28th, 2013, the current entrance to Frontier Road will be closed permanently. The new entrance to Frontier Road will be off of Thompson Avenue / Chimney Rock Road. Please see the map below for an illustration of the new Frontier Road.
